Marco, a seasoned professional in the film industry, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes. Over the years, he has successfully navigated the dynamic world of film, making significant contributions as an Art Assistant and Truck Driver for both Props and Set Dec Departments, particularly in the realm of commercials.
In the expansive landscape of long-form projects, Marco has left his mark on notable productions such as "On One Piece Season 1" and the acclaimed series "Raised by Wolves" Seasons 1 & 2. His roles as a set dec welder and practical electrician reflect his versatility and technical prowess.
A collaborator with some of the industry's most renowned figures, Marco has had the privilege of working alongside famous designers, Art Directors, and Decorators, including Tom Hannam, Surisa Surisa, Maria Labuschange and Anneke Botha. His ability to seamlessly integrate into diverse teams and adapt to the unique demands of each project makes him a valuable asset to any Art Department.
Marco's educational background includes studies at the University of Technology (ISTA DRC), where he honed his skills in electronic engineering. With a National Diploma in Electronic Engineering and a strong foundation in computer literacy, including hardware and software, Marco possesses a multifaceted skill set that extends beyond the traditional bounds of his roles in the film industry.
