Biography
Coming from a small town in the Southern Cape, I was always fascinated by the action-packed nature of the film industry and the endless opportunities for new learning experiences.
Starting from 2012, I began applying all the skills I had developed growing up, which helped me adapt in dynamic ways as I became more involved on set. Over time, I found my niche working as Standby Props.
I particularly enjoy working on commercials due to my thrill-seeking nature, where the fast-paced environment allows me to take pride in getting a lot done in a short time. My favorite part of the job is the creative freedom—doing whatever it takes to make the magic happen and watching a plan come together.
After taking a 3-year sabbatical spent sailing in the Caribbean and Bahamas, I had the opportunity to work as Props Standby on a production shot on a remote island in Panama. Working for 6 weeks with an all-star crew on Deal or No Deal for NBC was an unforgettable experience.
I'm energetic, level-headed, and always ready to tackle any task at hand. I thrive working alongside a good team and always maintain a positive attitude on set.
