Biography
I Tirath Bhoola am a South African filmmaker who loves to amplify characters and their stories through design and the creation of rich authentic worlds. I have worked on the flagship Netflix show, “Blood & Water” since its inception in 2019. I have also worked on; including, but not limited to; Unseen (also for Netflix), “Nerens Noord Kaap”(Showmax), “Mr Bones” & “#Lovemyselfie” (cinematic release).
My international experiences expands to the BBC & ITV for “Liberty”, “I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here” and “Survival of the Fittest”. I have recently worked on “Black Burns Fast”(Amazon), a feature film produced by award-winning company, Urucu Media, as Production Designer. [Full resume available on request]
